Aloo gobi is a dry Indian curry and is great served with our Pilau Rice and Naan bread, or as a side dish. ’Aloo’ means potato – not to be confused with ‘Boo hoo’ which is what you’ll say when it’s all gone.

• 4 tbsp Peas (fresh/frozen)
